Customer Care Specialist
ASP is a leading company providing handheld and autonomous photonics-based solutions. One of the main products that have been developed in ASP is a laser cleaning/ablation system (LCS). ASP is considered one of the first companies to produce handheld and portable LCS. In ASP, currently, high-power LCSs such as 200-watt, 500-watt and 1000-watt are being built. R&D is also working to automate this process using industrial robotics. Talented mind from different disciplines (Electrical, electronics, mechanical, photonics, metallurgical, Software developers) is welcome to join the ASP team to participate and play a significant role in developing such industry-oriented and cutting-edge technology.
Main tasks and duties overview:
l Dispatch the received leads to the sales people every hours during the day
l Enhance the Odoo profile of the lead received in Odoo, Linkedin, website
l Initiate communication with incoming leads
l Coordinate internal and external meeting with or without customers with engineers
l Insure all communication to customers are received by email or phone
l Follow up on quotes reception
l Making sure all customer questions are answered
l Log all notes in Odoo with customer communication
l Making sure customer received and understand the financial offers.
l Following script for pre-qualification questions
l Other tasks may be assigned without notice or compensation
l Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.

l Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.
l Ability to clearly document technical information.
l Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.

l Strong interest in technology, particularly ASP products, and agility at learning new products and features.
