RADIANCE AND LUMINANCE
Measure emanating virtual light source created by reflection from a diffuse surface.
MEASUREMENTS OF LEDS
Use an integrating sphere to test LED lights in order to determine photometric parameters such as CCT, CRI, CIE1931 CIE1976, LM-79, NVLAP.
LASER POWER MEASUREMENTS
The sphere photometer offers the advantage of total collection and spatial integration. In the measurement of the highly collimated source such has laser, the sphere offers the avantage of signal attenuation.
Other type of solids-state lighting material can be measure inside an integrating sphere including VCSEL, Diode laser, OLED, etc.
REFLECTION AND TRANSMITTANCE
The measurements are almost always performed spectrally, as fonction of wavelength. Measurement of the reflectance and transmittance of diffuse or scattering materials.
